Playing Atlantic 49 in PlaySphere is pretty much the same as at retail except you're using an online version of the selection slip and you “click” your way through your choices.
1. Sign in to PlaySphere.ca and under the “Draw” menu, click Lotto 6/49 if you're going to play Atlantic 49 as part of your Lotto 6/49 purchase. Click Atlantic 49 if you're going to play Atlantic 49 on its own. A “play area” will come up.
2. If you're playing with your Lotto 6/49 purchase, for $2 the computer will use Insta Pik to randomly generate Atlantic 49 numbers. If you're playing Atlantic 49 on its own, for $2 you will select 6 numbers by clicking on individual numbers. If you prefer, you can click the Insta Pik button and the lottery computer will randomly choose them for you.

Odds of winning any prize are 1 in 27. All odds are approximate. All Atlantic 49 prizes are fixed prizes and do not roll, or grow in size. Atlantic 49’s $1,000,000 top prize is shared when there are multiple match 6-of-6 winners in one draw.

3. Want any add-ons? For an additional $1, you can add TAG numbers to your ticket. What is TAG? Click the Yes button and choose the number of TAG plays you want from the drop down menu
4. You can purchase for future draws by choosing the number of advance plays you want from the drop-down menu. You can play from 2 up to 10 consecutive draws. (Note: If you select your own numbers, they will be used for each of your advance plays. If you use Insta Pik, you will receive a separate set of randomly generated numbers for each draw.)
5. Your wager is considered official when it appears in your Transaction Detail as “completed”. You can print out your wager from here if you wish…but it’s not necessary! We will check your numbers for you! If you are a winner, we will notify you by email and your Message Centre tab in PlaySphere.

- It’s a snap! If you’re going to play Atlantic 49 as part of your Lotto 6/49 purchase, ask your retailer for a Lotto 6/49 selection slip. If you’re going to play Atlantic 49 on its own, ask your retailer for an Atlantic 49 selection slip. On the selection slip there are 49 numbers to choose from.
- For $1, you’ll choose at least one set of 6 numbers (or you can choose both sets of numbers) by marking through them with a pen or pencil. If you choose only one set, the 2nd set of numbers will be randomly chosen for you by the computer. If you prefer, you can ask for Insta Pik and the two sets of numbers will be randomly computer-generated for you.

3. Want another chance to win? For an additional $1, you can add TAG to your ticket. What is TAG? You can play TAG up to 10 times on each ticket.
4. You can purchase for future draws by marking the appropriate Advance Play box on the slip. You can play from 2 up to 10 consecutive draws. (Note: If you select your own numbers, they will be used for each of your advance plays. If you use Insta Pik , you will receive a separate set of randomly generated numbers for each draw.)
NOTE: Atlantic 49 is not available on Lotto 6/49 Combination play.
How To Win
Every Wednesday and Saturday night at approximately 10 p.m. Atlantic time, Atlantic Lottery will draw six regular numbers and one bonus number at random using a ball machine.
If your numbers match the six winning numbers drawn, you win the top prize! Other prizes are also offered for matching fewer of the numbers.
