ALC needs to review documents that contain your current address and date of birth. The easiest way to complete this process is to:
Visit My Profile and make sure your address information is up to date and matches the documents that you are providing.
Provide a utility bill or bank statement with your current address that matches your ALC.ca profile (Ex. include Rogers, Aliant, Electric bill or a bank statement that is less than 6 months old ) .
Provide a current (not expired) Provincial ID (Ex. Driver's License) or Passport with your date of birth.
